"Stock can be a little hit or miss"
I noticed a few sizes were out of stock, which was a bit disappointing, but that seems to happen at a lot of places lately. I still managed to find something that worked for me, so overall it wasn’t too bad.

"My order took longer to show up..."
My order took longer to show up than I expected, which was a bit annoying, but it got here in one piece, so not too bad overall.

"First impression: overpriced"
My first impression was that the prices were steep, and unfortunately my opinion didn’t change after trying it. The quality just didn’t feel good enough to justify what they’re charging.

"Cute at first, but didn’t hold up"
I bought a top that looked really cute when it arrived, but after only two washes the fabric started getting weird and kind of lost its shape. It’s not the worst thing ever, but I definitely expected better quality. I also tried contacting customer service about it and got transferred around, which was annoying. Overall, it looked nice at first, but I’m disappointed.

"Apparently updates are optional"
I placed my order and then the tracking just sat there for days like it was on vacation. I reached out a few times, but getting an actual helpful reply was apparently too much to ask. I had to keep chasing them for basic information, which was lovely. Safe to say I won’t be ordering from The Fix again...

the Fix has some really cute trendy clothes and shoes, especially if you’re looking for something fun to wear out. I just feel like a lot of the styles start to look similar after a while, and the quality is kind of hit or miss. It’s not bad at all, but for the price, I don’t always feel like it’s worth it

"Pretty easy to use, just a little clunky"
The website was easy enough to browse and I found what I needed without much trouble. Checkout did take a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal and everything went through fine in the end.

"Order was wrong and no one followed up"
I ordered a few things from The Fix, it was frustrating. About half my order was wrong, some sizes weren’t what I chose, and one item was completely different from what I ordered. Now I’m stuck dealing with returns for a mistake that wasn’t even mine. What made it worse is that there was no proper follow-up from them, so I just felt like I had to chase everything myself. Really annoying experience and not worth the hassle.

"Checkout really wasn’t worth the hassle"
I liked the idea of ordering, but the checkout process was frustrating. My payment kept failing for no clear reason, and after a few tries it just felt like more trouble than it was worth

"Probably won’t use click and collect again"
I did get my order in the end, but i probably won’t use click and collect again anytime soon. The whole reason I chose it was to save time, and it ended up feeling like the opposite.
I turned up expecting it to be ready, but it wasn’t. The staff checked a couple of times, which I appreciated, but they mostly just told me to wait for the SMS. Not a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating when you’re trying to be quick.

"Promo code was a total letdown"
I tried using a promo code at checkout, and of course the discount never actually showed up. I figured maybe I was missing something, so I reached out to support, but they weren’t much help at all. The whole deal felt vague and kind of misleading, honestly. Frustrating experience, and I’m definitely not in a hurry to order again

"Decent store, but was the checkout slow for anyone else?"
The store itself was fine overall, nothing really stood out as bad, and I found what I needed. The only thing was the checkout felt slow, at least to me. Maybe I just caught them at a busy time, but it definitely made the visit drag a bit. Did anyone else have the same experience?

"Sizing was off for me"
I ordered my usual size from The Fix, but the fit was just kind of all over the place. The top felt too tight around the chest, but then weirdly loose near the waist, and the pants seemed smaller than what the tag said, or at least that’s how they felt on me.
I know sizing can be a little different depending on the brand, but this was frustrating. Now I have to send everything back, and I’m not even sure if I should size up, down, or just skip it. Not really happy with the fit at all.

"Refund took forever"
I sent my order back and didnt expect the refund to take this long. Its been weeks and Im still waiting, which is frustrating. Not a great experience...
